Upstairs: 1 bedroom (low under crawling) for children with 2 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed (twinable 2x80), 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, bathroom, wc. DVD player, WIFI. Small private unfenced garden. Games area (badminton, table tennis, etc.), 6x12 m swimming pool. with unsupervised counter-current swimming, protected by fence + roller shutter (open July to September), to be shared with the 2 other gites and the owner. In Brossac (6 km): swimming pond. Heating to be set on statement. Possibility to rent the 3 gîtes (i.e. capacity 18/20 people).
