“Saint Germain” is a Charente farmhouse surrounded by meadows and forests. From here, you have a beautiful view of the valley and the best sunsets! An enchanted forest path leads to the castle complex, where the swimming pool is located. An idyllic ravine leads directly from the house to the swimming lake. Saint Germain is the only accommodation where dogs are allowed. The farmhouse is beautifully set and surrounded by vineyards. The courtyard is a wonderful place to spend time: eating, reading, relaxing in the hammock. Nothing really disturbs you here, not a single sound except occasionally a train in the distance and birds singing. There is plenty of space for cooking in the large open-plan living room with kitchen, fireplace, and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove, and excellent kitchen equipment. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc. On cooler evenings, you can light the fire and sit comfortably in the armchairs. The floor of the house is made of terracotta tiles typical of the Charente region. The house has two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the second has a king-size bed (180x200cm). There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with radiators. Guests have free internet access via WLAN. There is also a large flat-screen TV with Smart TV (Netflix, etc.).
