Le Rosier is at the right hand end of the converted barn, closest to the mill race. The ground floor of Le Rosier consists of an open-plan kitchen-living room. Light is provided by a wall of French windows. The kitchen contains an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, as well as a full set of cooking utensils. The dining table sits in the middle of the room, with a pair of settees forming a comfortable seating area to the other side. Both French and UK free-to-view channels are available, and there is a wifi internet connection. Le Rosier has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and dressing table, and enjoys a sunny, south-facing aspect.. The second bedroom has a pair of sturdy bunks and a wardrobe. The bathroom contains a shower, washbasin and WC. There is a large seating area contained within the walls of the old mill that is currently shared by all three of the barn gites. There are ample tables and chairs for all guests, and a selection of barbecues. Shade is provided by parasols. All guests have free use of the pool as well as the extensive gardens, where more seating is to be found.
