Gîte Bel - 6 pers - Piscine, parc, étang

Situated in the south of the Charente, between the Dordogne and Charente Maritime, two gîtes will welcome you for a pleasant holiday in the heart of nature. The "Bel" gîte overlooks the wooded park and pond. “Bel” is 85m² and can accommodate up to 6 people: air-conditioned cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, bright living room, flat-screen TV, lounge, and three bedrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor with a 160/200 cm bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, and one bedroom upstairs: a dual-aspect room with two 90/200 cm beds and a spacious master bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A shower room and separate toilet complete the upstairs accommodation. Pool towels are not included in the linen (available on request). The pool is cleaned and checked every day. (Rules are displayed and must be followed for hygiene reasons). There is a laundry room on the property (for a fee). We expect our guests to take care of the cottage and leave it in the same condition as they found it. Cleaning must be done, or a cleaning fee may be charged. Rental contract with a deposit and holiday insurance. Check-in from 5 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. Bicycle rental available (on site), bike path 5 minutes away.
