Gîte Chez les Rois

Domaine Chez les Rois is an old square farmhouse, built in 1842, located in the beautiful Charente region of south-west France. Domaine Chez les Rois, in addition to its main house, has two magnificent gîtes, La maison de la Ferme and La Grange. Groups of up to 22 people can share the two gîtes with all facilities. Smaller groups on request (shared access to the swimming pool). BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS : A reservation is valid as soon as a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount has been paid. The remaining 50% must be paid six weeks before arrival. Arrival and departure: Rooms and gîtes are available from 4pm. We ask you to respect this time. If you arrive after 6pm, please let us know. Rooms and gîtes must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Guarantee : For the rental of the gîtes, a deposit of 1,500 euros is required. This amount must be paid before or on arrival. At the end of the stay, this amount will be reimbursed, provided that no damage or loss has been noted. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the remaining amount will be charged to the bill. Cancellation : If you reserve, you must pay the full rent to Domaine Chez les Rois within one week to finalise your booking. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance at all times. Smoking regulations All Domaine Chez les Rois buildings, including rooms and gîtes, as well as the pool area and garden, are non-smoking. Heating costs For autumn and winter rentals, a supplement will be charged for heating costs. Domaine Chez les Rois offers a wide range of rental options for different groups: - Family holidays - Family holidays - Weddings - Retreats - Courses, training and workshops - Management meetings - Solid team building / teambuilding Pets are not allowed in our accommodation. Similarly, our estate is not available for groups of young party-goers.
