Le safran de Cornelius is a saffron producer located in the Charente, on the heights of the beautiful village of Montboyer. They produce and sell saffron pistils but also jams, chutney, vinegars and mustards. Reception at our saffron plantation: discover the taste of organically, home made products. Saffron-flavoured chutneys, jams, mustards, vinegars, syrups, honey, salt and of course saffron. Meet us on Friday afternoon ! Please call before coming to make sure we are around, for we might be in production or away at some market. Possible participation in workshops around planting, gathering. Sale at the property.
