La cocotte gourmande is a canning workshop located in Charente. Fabien concocts tasty recipes made from carefully selected organic vegetables harvested at maturity. Prepared dishes, soups and delicacies to enjoy as an aperitif! Ready-prepared dishes: lentils with chestnut, ratatouille, tabbouleh... Soups: gaspacho, curry-flavoured courgettes velouté...
