Jean-Noel Léger

The Maine Blanc farm switched to organic farming in 1986. The farm is located in Bessac village in Southern Charente. Jean-Noël Léger produces fresh and dried vegetables all year round, as well as some fruit, wheat and sunflower. Production of sourdough bread, sunflower and camelina oil. The farm has a total surface of 48ha, including 5ha for the vegetables, 2200m² of greenhouse and the remaining are fields. Direct selling at the farm every Friday from 4pm to 6pm or by appointment. Jean-Noël choose to favor the contact with the consumers. He sells his products at the farm and at some markets.
