At the heart of a remarkable estate in the Charentes in the Jonzac-Cognac-Barbezieux triangle, discover this unique place, ideal for a wedding, family reunions or evenings with friends. Our reception room is the former cellar of the Domaine, a former Petite Champagne wine-growing property. It has beautiful stone walls and a fireplace. The room is 140 m2 and is equipped with a kitchen office completely renovated by us in March 2022 with brand new professional stainless steel equipment including a double cold room, professional dishwasher, stainless steel tables for dressing. The room can accommodate up to 80 people with the dance floor and we provide tables (14 round and 1 rectangular table) and wooden and straw chairs. In front of the house, a large lawn can accommodate a reception or wine reception for up to 200 people. The house is enclosed in a park of 8000m2, crossed by a river. There are undergrowth with century-old poplars where it is possible to organize a secular ceremony for example or to hold the reception. The Domaine has a large swimming pool (12x6) with a terrace where the reception can also be served. Rental for wedding receptions, birthdays, baptisms but also work meetings, seminars, team building, training, exhibitions...
