17th century mansion, adjoining an old mill, in the heart of the hilly landscape of the South Charente. At the crossroads between Saintonge and Périgord, not far from Bordeaux, Cognac and Angoulême, we are in the town of Montboyer, 12km from Aubeterre sur Dronne (adorable village classified among the most beautiful villages in France), 3km from Chalais and its magnificent Talleyrand castle and 35 minutes from Angoulême famous for its comic strip festival, and for epicureans we are also close to Saint Emilion and Pomerol.
