This large house with garden offers a direct access to the river Dronne. It contains 5 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms (shower + toilet + sink), 2 separate toilets, living room, dining room, kitchen, garden furniture. This mansion located in the heart of the picturesque village of Bonnes offers a haven of peace surrounded by nature near Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, one of the most beautiful villages in France. The large enclosed garden has direct access to the river La Dronne for a refreshing swim or a canoe or kayak ride (at your disposal with paddles and life jackets for all ages (from one year old)). Are also at your disposal, deckchairs, garden armchairs, tables and chairs for twelve people, parasols and BBQ + accessories. The house has five spacious bedrooms for two people, three with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and one with sink. The house also has two toilets, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The rooms are prepared with bed sheets, bath towels and beach towel. In the kitchen you will find crockery for twenty-four people as well as all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay: dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave combined, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender. Kitchen linen is provided. In the laundry room, you will also find an American fridge / freezer, a washing machine and a dryer for a comfortable stay. The dining room and living room can easily accommodate twelve people. The living room is equipped with a fireplace with insert to warm up in cold weather and create a friendly atmosphere.
