Blandine and Anne-Laure offer you an introduction to distillation. We could say the metamorphosis of white wine into Cognac Eau de Vie. You will analyse each stage of the distillation process, seeking to acquire the specific expertise through a series of olfactory sensations, followed by a lesson on Cognac tasting and its alchemy.
