Blandine and Anne-Laure offer you an introduction to distillation. We could say the metamorphosis of white wine into Cognac Eau de Vie. You will proceed to the analysis of each phase of the distillation, in search of the specific know-how by a specific one by a succession of olfactory sensations, then will follow a teaching in the tasting of Cognac and its alchemy.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 11.30 am and between 3 pm and 4.30 pm.
Closed on Sunday.
