La Petite Anglade - 8 pers

Located just outside the village of Montboyer, "La Petite Langlade is a spacious, comfortably furnished Charentais stone house that sleeps 8 guests. The ground floor consists of a large living room with a fitted kitchen/dining area. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a shower room. Our comfortable and stylish Petite Langlade gîte offers spacious, well-designed accommodation for a family or group of friends. Petite Langlade, with its shuttered windows, terracotta floors and comfortable modern furnishings, sleeps eight people in three double bedrooms (one with en-suite facilities) and one twin bedroom. It has a bright, spacious kitchen with dining area and a large living room with a large ashlar fireplace and open stone walls. There is also a downstairs toilet. Double doors open from the living room and kitchen onto the partially covered rear terrace which overlooks the garden and the 5 x 10 metre heated and fenced (shared) swimming pool. Facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, television, DVD player, wifi, terrace with garden furniture, sun-loungers and barbecue. We can accommodate individual families or large groups of up to 30 people in our four houses on the estate. Our properties are set in 1.2 hectares of wooded gardens in beautiful rural surroundings.
