Gîte Pol & Anne - 4 personnes

Gîte located in Baignes Ste Radegonde, less than 2 minutes' walk from all amenities. The gîte comprises a 25 m2 living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and small electrical appliances) and wc with washing machine. First floor: - 1 master bedroom with a study area, a chaise longue and en-suite shower room; shower, and wc, (with a changing table) - 1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin) Terrace with table, chairs, parasol, electric barbecue and deckchairs The swimming pool is directly accessible from the terrace, which is shared with the owners (2 people). Bicycles are available free of charge for a variety of rides on the green cycle paths (helmets are not provided). A shelter is available if you bring your own bikes. Bikers are also welcome as we are bikers ourselves. Board games and books are available on request. Small dogs are welcome on request (we have a small Jack Russel). Close to all amenities, shops, tobacconist, chemist, Market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, less than 200 m from the gîte. Many medieval sites to visit (Cognac and its vineyards, Aubeterre sur Dronne with its underground church. Local flavours, charming villages and many other places to visit in the surrounding area. Jonzac for its spa and water park (the Antilles). 40 minutes from Angoulême, 45 minutes from Bordeaux 1h30 from La Rochelle, Ile d'Oléron Also worth a visit: Talmont sur Gironde, Meschers sur Gironde and its Régulus caves.
