Looking for a relaxing break with family or friends? Do you want to work from home? Come and discover this 90m2 house in the heart of the countryside. Everyone can relax here, including your pets, thanks to the green spaces and peaceful surroundings. Did you know? "Benaise" is Charentais dialect for "to be at ease". Wellness extras: your host practises traditional Chinese energetics and the spa is due to arrive in April 2023. The living area of the house measures over 50 m². It includes a living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. To make your arrival and settling in easier, you'll find all the essentials you need. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The little extra: the single beds can be pushed together on request to form a king-size bed for a couple. There is an additional queen-size bed thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Don't hesitate to contact us about your pets. They will be delighted to roam the countryside. We can provide bowls to make your journey easier, or a tree for your little felines' claws. There is a large terrace adjoining the house. In fine weather, it is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The grounds are not enclosed. During your stay, all the facilities in the house are dedicated to you.
