Let yourself be enchanted by the inspiring world of our liqueur, Belle de Brillet, the perfect idyll of Pear and Cognac, and its charming floral workshop! Maison Brillet is located in Graves-Saint-Amant, at Les Aireaux, in an enchanting setting on the banks of the bucolic Charente river. The story begins in 1656 with the birth of Guy Brillet, founding father of the winery in the very heart of the Cognac region. In 1985, Jean-Louis Brillet created Belle de Brillet, named after his "Belle", his wife Isabelle. A unique liqueur combining pear and Cognac, with its distinctive pear-shaped bottle, it is made from 100% natural products, with no added coloring or flavoring, making it extremely versatile as a digestif or aperitif: on the rocks or in cocktails. We invite you to discover the place where it all began: the Brillet winery and distillery. Extend your visit with our floral workshop and personalize your globe of dried flowers around a Belle de Brillet miniature.
