The Vallet family, owners of Château Montifaud, produce blended and vintage cognacs exclusively from a vineyard of 120 hectares, located on the best terroirs in Petite and Grande Champagne. The brandies are produced in a traditional way during the vinification, distillation and ageing process. Type of products: VS Cognac, VSOP Cognac, XO Cognac, Vintage cognacs, red pineau des Charentes, white pineau des Charentes, old red pineau des Charentes, old white pineau des Charentes.
