The La Nouge farmhouse brewery produces certified organic craft beers. Located in the commune of Salles Lavalette, which has been awarded the ‘Territoire Bio Engagé’ label, the brewery offers a range of beers made from hops and cereals grown on site. La Nouge is the result of a partnership between Pierre, a farmer for over 13 years, and Jérémie, a brewer for over 10 years. Their skills complement each other, enabling them to cover all the needs of beer-making, from growing barley and hops to brewing and bottling. Câline, Farouche, Joyeuse and Butineuse are all high-quality, organic, local, tasty and popular beers. Available in small and large bottles, in 10l or 25l kegs, with the loan of a filler (contact us for availability).
