Les gîtes de Yanaely - Gîte Primel - 4pers

In the south of the Charente, 20 kms from the Dordogne, come and discover the Primel gîte (Les gîtes de Yanaely) located in the commune of Juignac in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. The gîte has its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a huge one-hectare garden, Wi-Fi connection and access to your own private terrace. The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring our beautiful region. Relax on the sofa with a good book or enjoy the TV facilities. There's also a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals with friends or family, in the dining room or on the terrace, enjoying the view of the countryside... The swimming pool is about 50 metres from the gîte, leaving you plenty of space to relax and unwind. The gîte has two bedrooms: - one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed - an upstairs bedroom with a double bed and the option of a cot. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Please note that bathroom linen is not provided. Only bed linen is provided and beds are ready on arrival. Parking is available at the side of the property and is included in the rental price. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement. Smokers are allowed, but not inside the gîte; ashtrays are available
