The La Nouge craft brewery is located in Salles Lavalette, a commune in the southern Charente region that has been awarded the ‘Territoire Bio Engagé’ label. The certified organic beers are made on site by two people who are passionate about farming and beer. La Nouge is the result of a partnership between Pierre, a farmer for over 13 years, and Jérémie, a brewer for over 10 years. Our skills complement each other and enable us to cover all the needs of beer making, from growing barley and hops to brewing and bottling. We offer you high-quality, organic, local, tasty and popular beers. In small and large bottles, in 10l or 25l kegs, with the loan of a filler (contact us for availability).
