Camper-vans service area near the Christian Girard sports area and the media library. The municipality of Barbezieux-Saint-Hilaire has been certified as a Village étape (stopover village) since 2015. In order to improve visitor facilities, the municipality has developed a 4-space motorhome area in the center of town, on Avenue Aristide Briand, which is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, with free services: waste disposal, drinking water, and wastewater. Opposite the media library and close to the sports field, it is ideally located a 5-minute walk from the town center and its shops via a safe pedestrian path.
