The property is located in the South-west of France, on the border between the Charente and Dordogne regions only 5 miles from the village of Aubeterre sur Dronne, in 2005 selected as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Aubeterre has a picturesque, protected river beach, restaurants, craftsman workshops and grocery stores.
