Chambres d'Hôtes Villa Anani

A true haven of peace, located in Barbezieux in Charente, the villa Anani, bears its name which means "My cloud". It is a house where it is good to live, very luminous, comfortable, you would think you were on holiday every day. Close to the town centre, this atypical and unique single storey timber framed house of 206 m2 has a rounded shape which gives it an elegant design. It opens onto a large entrance hall of 8.70m2. The living room is 70m2, the kitchen is fully equipped with a central island, the dining room and lounge has a suspended fireplace that is not functional in summer. This fully glazed room lets light into the house, it overlooks the pool and the park with its 73m2 semi-covered wooden terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen is a scullery where you will have access to the various appliances of the house and a large sink. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and three of them open onto the wooden terrace. For overnight stays, only 3 rooms are available. You can enjoy the evenings on the terrace in front of the illuminated swimming pool. The house is surrounded by parks and gardens, not overlooked, set back from the road. It has a magnificent enclosed park with trees of 2500 m2 with century-old trees. 600 m2 of playground are available for various activities. Moreover, it is close to the shops but in a quiet setting. The weekly stays are from Saturday afternoon 5pm to the following Saturday morning 9am, for a departure at 10am during the holiday period from June to September. We expect our guests to take care of the house and leave it in the same condition as they found it.
