Oldelaf - Solo Piano

For 15 years, Oldelaf’s stage performances featured him surrounded by four exceptional musicians and actors, with whom he performed all over the world, including in the Vendée. But following medical advice, the four of them were forced to take a break to undergo restorative psychotherapy. Oldelaf saw this as an opportunity to do what he’d never dared to do before: change his style, certainly, but also go on a solo tour. What a challenge for him, a lover of group adventures. But what a treat, too, to be able to rediscover his first love. Indeed, we’re used to seeing him hide behind a guitar – as he always has – but what’s less well known is that as a youngster, aged 14, he started out as a bar pianist. His first songs, his first gigs – they were all behind a piano! So a unique adventure is in the making – more intimate, more introspective, but just as funny and offbeat as ever.
